The SkillPool® is the joint manager pool managed by Marlise Stauffer. The SkillPool® currently comprises around 2,500 personally known and experienced managers, experts and temporary experts.

The SkillPool has access to a database of over 6,000 profiles of independent specialists and managers in the DACH region. A further 40,000 managers from WIL Group partners are available for international assignments.

Members of The SkillPool® are immediately available and able to solve special tasks quickly and in a goal-oriented manner.
