Group Management (operational body of MAGNALIA)

MAGNALIA is operationally managed by the Group Management and supports central functions core to the key brands. The central functions include market coordination, international and new market development, pool management, performance analyses and finance, legal advice, provision of back-office functions and IT infrastructure as well as association and public relations work.

The Group Management is composed of

  • Erdwig Holste (Vice Chairman and Brand Manager Management Angels)
  • Esther Kuhn (Pool-Management)
  • Thorsten Becker (Business Development and International)

Board of Directors (strategic body of MAGNALIA)

The Board of Directors manages the Group on a strategic, organizational and financial level and, in accordance with Swiss law, is responsible for the overall management, control and supervision of the entire MAGNALIA Group and its subsidiaries. In particular it is responsible for determining the organization and further development of the MAGNALIA Group. The Board of Directors is composed of the following members:
