MAGNALIA AG

MAGNALIA is the holding company for key brands of interim management operating independently on the market, specializing in interim management, project and programme management and expertise on demand. It coordinates and finances the operational activities and implements the strategic plans of the Group. In addition, it actively participates in the further development of the interim management industry at both national and international level.

MAGNALIA was created in 2016 from the merger of the two leading interim management providers from Germany, Management Angels, and Switzerland, GroNova®. As a result, the market leadership in the DACH region was expanded. The service portfolio for customers was expanded from bridging management and project vacancies, through management of complex projects to deliver expertise on demand.

MAGNALIA's brands are committed to the "Good Market Practices" of the industry, which were developed together with the industry associations AIMP (Arbeitskreis Interim Management Provider) and DDIM (Dachgesellschaft des deutschen Interim Managements). Today, these standards are applied by MAGNALIA’s leading quality providers in their daily cooperation with clients and managers on a temporary basis. They are intended to contribute the high value and quality of interim management.

With four locations and around 50 employees, we form a powerful group of companies that can adapt quickly and flexibly to both growing customer needs and market changes. The more than 2,500 personally known and personally evaluated managers, experts and specialists of the jointly operated SkillPool® are the basis for the success of our customers.

We support our clients internationally through our integration in the Worldwide Interim Leadership Group (WIL Group).
